Padded Shoes

Running in shoes that have less padding can help prevent injuries according to this recent study. ChiRunning Instructors have been encouraging their clients for years to run in the least amount of padding that is possible for them. One of the reasons that we suggest it is to allow the runner to feel what is going on below to adjust accordingly in an effort to be lighter on their feet.
