Learning ChiRunning or ChiWalking can be daunting when you first begin practicing the mindful movements after a workshop or trying to follow the” how to” from the ChiRunning and/or ChiWalking books. This program is designed to help you follow the gradual progress principles and learn how to instate the focuses gradually. Each week a new focus is introduced and practiced via a live Zoom session. This will allow you to ask questions and get instant answers in return. If unable to attend the presentation a link to the recorded training will be available.

RUNNING ANALYSIS

ChiRunning technique

Video Analysis is one of the quickest ways to implement and improve your ChiRunning technique. Sometimes what we feel our body is doing is actually not what is happening out on the ground. Utilizing video as a tool to discover what’s slowing you down, causing discomfort, or possibly where you can tweak your current ChiRunning form, will improve your efficiency. 

Once you have paid for the analysis you will receive instructions on how to film and submit video. Your video will be reviewed in the Coach’s Eye app and returned to you. In addition I will schedule at your convenience a Zoom meeting to help you understand your video analysis and areas where your run form efficiency can be improved.
