Healthy Reasons to Get Up and Get Going

A recent international study found the regular exercise can significantly reduce your risk for several types of cancers. The study included over 1.4 million people and looked at 13 types of cancers over a 17 period with an 11 year follow up. The results are especially astounding for esophageal cancer that revealed a 42% decrease.
